Return & Exchange Policy
I take great care in producing and shipping my artwork.
Due to the high printing cost, the delicate nature of Fine Art paper and the original character of my artwork, all sales from sergehorta.com are final. I encourage you to carefully review and choose your artwork carefully before completing the sale.

All Sales Final: I do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Condition of Artwork: All artwork is stored, handled, framed and packed by a team of professionals to ensure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition and all pieces are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet my quality standards.

Customer Satisfaction: If you have any questions or concerns about a piece before purchasing, please contact me for more information or additional photos.
Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please contact me immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If the edition was damaged in transit I will endeavour to replace the edition. In the event that I am unable to replace the edition, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping
All artwork is shipped internationally using FedEx, TNT and UPS as my carriers. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your edition is dispatched.
Tax
For legal reasons I must declare the full value of the edition for all international deliveries. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or import taxes on international shipments, which are due upon arrival at the destination country.
